I am passionate to offer my services as a holistic health counselor and workshop facilitator. My emphasis is on Bach Flower Therapy, Homeopathy, Psychosomatic Counseling, Transformative Life-Coaching and “Spiritual Midwifery.” As a naturopath, my professional experience spans 20 years in Germany and since 2003 in the United States. I am an adjunct professor at Bastyr University (a school of naturopathic medicine) in Seattle since 2005, and at Bastyr University in San Diego since 2013.

My study of naturopathic medicine, psychology, eastern and western philosophy brought a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. In 1984, I started my private practice as a Naturopath in Berlin, Germany. Since then, I have shared my passions as a healer, teacher and workshop facilitator of Holistic Health, Bach Flower Therapy and Psychosomatic Medicine. I moved to the US in 2003, where I continue my work in a private practice and facilitate workshops; from 2003 to 2011 in the Seattle, WA region and since 2012 in Ojai, CA.

My interest in health and peace on a global level, led me to study Peace Sciences at the University of Hagen, Germany. I am a certified Systemic Mediator, a facilitator of Compassionate Listening, and co-facilitate programs that promote peace with my husband Brian (
